About

Super Happy Fun America advocates on behalf of the straight community in order to build respect, inclusivity, equality, diversity, unity, solidarity, dignity, social mobility, empowerment, sustainability, justice, awareness, intersectionality, human rights, education, access, participation, dialogue, visibility, tolerance, and alliances with people from all walks of life.  We encourage everyone to embrace our community’s diverse history, culture, and identity regardless of sexual orientation.

“Straight people are an oppressed majority. We will fight for the right of straights everywhere to express pride in themselves without fear of judgement and hate. The day will come when straights will finally be included as equals among all of the other orientations.” – John Hugo, President of Super Happy Fun America

“We will educate the public about straight issues and foster unity and respect by having a parade.” – Mark Sahady, Vice President of Super Happy Fun America

“Through hard work and determination, a Super Happy Fun America can be achieved in our lifetimes.” – Sam Racioppi, Grass Roots Organizer

Women of Eve

Women Of Eve have joined together across the country in support of asking the LGBQT community to include the S for straight. Let’s not exclude the women and men of this world that procreate.  After all, without us there would be no LGBQT. We are asking for fairness and total inclusion.

Straight Pride Flag

The Blue and Pink flag, which has represented our community for over 0.7 years, is integral to our movement.  Unfortunately, the City of Boston has discriminated against our sexual orientation by denying us the opportunity to raise the flag at City Hall.  We will continue to fight for equality until the Walsh administration embraces our community and a more progressive vision of the future.
